Come Sit With Us
A boutique therapy space created by a mom, for moms, women, and their families—
At HER Table Collective, we know that finding the right therapist is about more than credentials — it’s about connection, trust, and fit. That’s why we’ve built a team of clinicians who share a common mission: to support women, parents, and families through every season of life.
Each of our providers brings a unique focus and style to the table, whether it’s supporting women through postpartum transitions, walking alongside clients in times of stress or trauma, or helping couples and families strengthen their relationships.

Becoming a parent is one of the most transformative journeys in life. As someone who has experienced the joys and challenges of motherhood, supporting women and men as they transition into and navigate parenthood holds a special place in my heart. I understand that this season of life comes with unseen and unspoken challenges, and I’m here to provide the support you deserve. Beyond parenthood, I specialize in helping clients through significant life transitions, healing from trauma using EMDR, navigating relationship challenges, or rebuilding self-esteem and confidence. Life’s changes can feel overwhelming, you don’t face them alone
My goal is to promote self awareness, self acceptance, and self confidence. Together utilizing a combination of therapy and continued practice outside of our sessions to create the intentional future you desire.
Whether in person or virtually, I love to meet you where you are at. Providing a space you can kick off your shoes and relax, come as you are and leave feeling you have gained something from each and every session we have together. If you’re ready to prioritize your mental health and create lasting change, I’d be honored to walk this journey with you.

Hi! I’m Caitlin Wood, a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern in the state of Florida. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Human Development & Family Science from Florida State University, and my Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Columbia University.
I have experience working with children, adults, and families across various settings, including child welfare, crisis hotlines, psychology research, and outpatient therapy. Currently at HER Table, I provide therapy to adolescents, young adults, and couples.
I believe therapy should be a non-judgmental, safe space that fosters trust, understanding, and authentic connection. Reaching out for support is a brave first step, and I’m here when you’re ready to begin. I’d be honored to walk alongside you in your healing journey—wherever you are, you don’t have to go through it alone!
As a therapist, I specialize in using the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model to help clients explore and integrate the parts of themselves that feel rejected, hidden, or burdened by shame. I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy to provide practical tools for change. My goal is to create a compassionate, supportive space where clients can find relief, self-acceptance, and resilience — even in the face of longstanding challenges.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over a decade of experience supporting individuals living with persistent mental health needs and trauma. After graduating from Nova Southeastern University in 2011, I began my career working with clients navigating severe and chronic mental health challenges. Over the years, I expanded my practice to include individuals facing substance use and dual-diagnosis concerns, giving me extensive experience in walking alongside clients through complex and layered struggles.
As a virtual-only provider, I work with clients across Florida, offering flexibility and accessibility while maintaining the depth of therapeutic work. Whether you are navigating trauma, persistent mental health concerns, or life transitions, I am committed to helping you find strength and healing within yourself.
I concentrate on supporting clients that are navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem, women’s health, and personal growth. My therapeutic style is holistic and person-centered, focusing on each client’s unique strengths and resilience. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches and modalities based on individual needs, and I also have specialized training in both Adoption Competency and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) trauma therapy.

Throughout my career I have joined my clients as they’ve faced the challenges of addiction, trauma, and life transitions. What I’ve learned is that healing isn’t just about managing symptoms, it’s about discovering who you are beyond the pain and creating a life that feels whole and authentic.
In our work together, we’ll start with practical tools to help you find relief in the present. From there, we’ll get to the deeper layers, exploring the roots of your struggles and making space for real, lasting change. I use approaches like EMDR and CBT, and I see wellness as a balance of both mind and body.
I especially love working with teens stepping into adulthood and adults of all ages who are ready to process trauma, navigate recovery, or move forward during times of change. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive space where you can rebuild, grow, and learn to live life on your own terms.
Alyssa Duesler specializes in helping young adults navigate life’s pivotal transitions — from heading off to college to stepping into independence and adulthood. Her work focuses on empowering clients to build confidence, manage new responsibilities, and find balance as they adjust to the challenges and opportunities of this new chapter in life. With a compassionate and practical approach, she guides clients through change with understanding, encouragement, and clarity.
