OUR SPACE IS YOUR SPACE
At HER Table Collective, we believe that when women are cared for, entire families and communities grow stronger.
HER stands for Healing, Empowerment, and Resilience — values that guide everything we do. We know motherhood, relationships, and life transitions can feel overwhelming, and too often, women are expected to carry it all. That’s why HER Table was created: to give women a seat, a voice, and the support they deserve.
But our work doesn’t stop there. We support parents, couples, and families in navigating the messy, beautiful contradictions of life together. Whether it’s adjusting to a new baby, managing stress and anxiety, supporting kids and teens, or finding balance in relationships, HER Table is here to help you build the supportive unit you need to thrive.
This isn’t just therapy. It’s a collective — a place where healing ripples outward, strengthening not only the individual but the family and community around them.
Mental health support through women’s issues, motherhood, identity, and life transitions.

MY STORY
HOLLY CHANCEY, MS, LMHC
Motherhood changed everything for me— including how I saw myself. I wasn’t prepared for the anxiety, the identity shift, or the quiet question of “Who am I now?”.
Even as a therapist, I found myself struggling in ways I never expected. and in my own healing, I realized how many moms are silently carrying the same weight.
That’s why I created HER Table— to offer the kind of support I needed in that season of my life. A space for moms to feel seen, heard, and reminded they’re not alone.
