OUR SPACE IS YOUR SPACE
At HER Table Collective, we believe that when women are supported, families and communities grow stronger. HER stands for Healing, Empowerment, and Resilience - the values at the heart of everything we do.
We know motherhood, relationships, trauma, and major life transitions - like moving to college, starting a new job, or navigating identity shifts - can feel overwhelming. Women are often expected to carry it all. HER Table was created to change that: to give women a seat, a voice, and the support they deserve.
We also care for parents, couples, and families as they move through the messy, beautiful contradictions of life. Whether you’re healing from trauma, adjusting to a new baby, strengthening your relationship, managing stress and anxiety, or supporting a teen through change, we help you build the foundation you need to thrive.
HER Table isn’t just therapy - it’s a collective where healing ripples outward, strengthening you, your family, and your community.
Mental health support through women’s issues, motherhood, identity, and life transitions.

MY STORY
HOLLY CHANCEY, MS, LMHC
Motherhood changed everything for me— including how I saw myself. I wasn’t prepared for the anxiety, the identity shift, or the quiet question of “Who am I now?”.
Even as a therapist, I found myself struggling in ways I never expected. and in my own healing, I realized how many moms are silently carrying the same weight.
That’s why I created HER Table— to offer the kind of support I needed in that season of my life. A space for moms to feel seen, heard, and reminded they’re not alone.
